Vehicle Reimbursement Applications
 

Midway Village Museum (MVM) will help pay for the transport costs for heavier vehicles attending the event. We are looking for unique or armored vehicles, primarily that are more expensive or complex to transport. The reimbursement is not intended for typical soft-skins like Jeeps or motorcycles.

There is a short form that needs to be filled out explaining what the vehicle or combination of equipment is, location, and what the owner wants for transport costs. Please also attach a photo, as this helps with the review process! All applications and photos will be reviewed by the WWII Committee -- consisting of a group of museum staff and reenactor organizers -- to pick vehicles that fit the budget.

 

2025 reimbursement forms will be due by Friday, August 8th. Approved requests will be notified via email.
