Vehicle Reimbursement Applications
 

Midway Village Museum will help pay for the transport costs for heavier vehicles attending the event. They are looking for unique or armored vehicles primarily that are more expensive or complex to transport. The reimbursement is not intended for typical soft-skins like Jeeps or motorcycles.

There is a short form that needs to be filled out explaining what the vehicle or combination of equipment is, location and what the owner wants for transport costs. These forms will be reviewed by a group of museum staff and the reenactor organizers to pick vehicles that fit the budget.

 

Reimbursement forms for 2023 were due by 5 p.m. Thursday, August 31st. Approved requests were notified via email.
