Indoor barn spaces are filled each year by our long-term vendors. Outdoor spaces are available for all other vendors.

Booth spaces are 10x10’ in size. Vendors must bring their own pop up shelters, etc. Midway Village does not provide shelters, tents, etc. Tables are available for rent at an additional fee. Please refer to vending contract for booth space and table rental fees.

Vending is by invitation only. Returning vendors in good standing are guaranteed a spot. New vendors need to contact Tammy and will be offered a spot as space allows. NO WALK ON VENDING.

Vending spaces around the barn are dependent on the physical area, which may change year to year, depending on the needs of the event and conditions of the grounds. We will do our best to accommodate special requests for specific locations, but cannot guarantee exact placement of your space.
